Today John and Elizabeth Edwards announced that Elizabeth's cancer is back. It is treatable, but incurable. I heard one news report, in which the reporter talked with a close family friend of the Edwards. The question was asked about John ending his campaign. The friend's response was that "Elizabeth would never allow it".
During the press conference Elizabeth stated that there are people who are suffering far worse than her.
This one woman has shown and continues to show unselfish courage, amazing grace and great faith.
